What can we do in order that a crisis does not turn into an excuse not to invest in new strategies of management? What must we do to apply counterintuitive measures? Opposite to this new widespread scene, and though a priori when one speaks about economic crisis the human mind it associates this concept with negative aspects, it is not necessary to to leave of side that a crisis can suppose a new opportunity to confront new challenges up to the inaccessible moment. " Operacionalizar the strategies in the company." On the other hand, the need of the companies to stir into action and increase the competitiveness of his business will suppose an increase of the investment in innovation to minimize his expenses of production simultaneously that, before the current context of mitigation of the effects of the change of strategies, they will be able to create and to offer new services and with them, new working places.
