These general conditions of sale apply strictly to all sales of products made worldwide in PMM Store by PMM Business School, with C.I.F. number B98591449, hereinafter Company.
Any order placed to PMM Store necessarily implies, as an essential, determining and indispensable condition, the acceptance, without exception, of the General Conditions by the Customer, valid on the day the corresponding order is placed. Furthermore, the Customer acknowledges that the acceptance of these conditions will imply the application of these conditions to the order to which they refer, as well as to any subsequent order, with the exception of those cases in which new conditions are notified to the Customer by the Company. The fact that the Company does not have recourse to any of these conditions at any given time cannot be interpreted nor will it be equivalent to renouncing recourse to them in the future or in the past.
2- Order confirmation:
Store PMM confirms the order to the Customer via email. The sale will not end until the Company confirms the receipt of payment.
The Company reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason, such as the supply of products, a problem related to the order received, an abnormal order or a foreseeable problem related to the delivery. In any case, Store PMM will inform the customer.
new orders cannot be placed until the customer has paid the amounts due for previous orders. Furthermore, ownership of the goods will not be fully transferred until the Company receives the sums due from the Customer.
The prices published in Store PMM are set in the corresponding currency.
All prices include the VAT applicable on the day of the order, any change in the VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of the products on sale in Store PMM.
The offers on products on sale in Store PMM will be shown in the section "Packs (Offers)" or will be indicated in the product file and, if not otherwise indicated, will be valid while they are shown on the screen.
4- Different Payment Methods:
The customer can freely choose to pay the amount of the purchases made at Store PMM after placing the order:
4.1) By credit card. Through this payment method, the customer will have to provide his/her card number, expiration date and CVV number to the encrypted system of Banco Sabadell. In this case, your data will be encrypted and sent under a secure server to Banco Sabadell's virtual POS. This procedure does not provide the card number to storepmm.com.
SECURITY: The website uses information security techniques generally accepted in the industry, such as firewalls, access control procedures and cryptographic mechanisms, all with the aim of preventing unauthorized access to data. To achieve these purposes, the user/client accepts that the provider obtains data for the purpose of the corresponding access control authentication.
4.2)Paypal: PayPal is the payment platform most used by users. Paying with Paypal does not share financial information with the seller. If you choose this payment method, once the order is placed and our records are verified, you will receive an e-mail with a link to make the secure payment through Paypal. If you have a PayPal account you can pay comfortably and quickly through it. We will check that the paypal user is the same user as the online store, in case they are different we will send you an email to the confirmation by paypal to verify that you have purchased at storepmm.com. In the case that it is not verified, the final product will not be sent and the next payment will be made to Paypal.
4.3) By bank transfer: The customer to make the payment by this method must make a bank transfer (determining in the concept the reference of the order) within a maximum of 3 working days from the order. In this payment method the shipment of the order will be made when the transfer is effective in the account of Storepmm.com, which depending on the bank can take up to three days, however if the customer advances the receipt via email at: email@example.com will proceed to prepare your order to expedite shipment.
Storepmm.com reserves the right to cancel the order in case of not having received confirmation of the transfer after that time, maximum 3 days. The bank account will be shown to the customer at the time he chooses this payment method.
5- Payment conditions:
The products ordered will be delivered after payment and confirmation by the Company, using the payment methods set out in the previous point.
The products offered by Store PMM are valid within the limit of available stocks. The Company reserves the right to modify the product range according to the difficulties imposed by suppliers.
The photographs, graphics and product descriptions proposed for sale are only indicative and do not in any way commit the Store PMM seller.
The products purchased will be delivered to the address indicated in the order.
By default, the invoices will be sent to the email address indicated by the Customer at the time of registration at Store PMM.
On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be nondelivery of orders.
However, the delay will not imply the cancellation of the order or any compensation.
An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package (s) to the customer and the customer signs the document of receipt of delivery. It is up to the Customer to verify the status of the goods on receipt and indicate any anomalies on the delivery receipt.
Any additional fees for customs or other mishaps will be charged to the customer.
The products for unloading do not have shipping costs.
8- Shipping company and delivery deadlines:
Deliveries will be made by UPS during normal office hours. The rates for shipping costs will be those agreed with the transport agency.

9- Return and cancellation policy:
If, once the purchase has been made, you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been processed, this can be done by using the contact form established for this purpose in the "customer service" section or by using the cancellation form in writing at the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org, or by telephone on (+34) 963 456 661 indicating the number of the order that you wish to cancel.Customer service hours are from Monday to Thursday: 10:30 am - 6:30 pm (Spanish time).
IMPORTANT The personalized articles are not subject to change for hygiene reasons unless they have not been unsealed.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer and/or user will have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to return it without the need to indicate the reason and without incurring any cost except for shipping costs which will be assumed by the consumer and/or user. In any case, the product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Storepmm.com assumes the management of collection of the product provided that the cost of transport is paid. If not, the customer will have to proceed to send the product to the address storepmm.com.
No returns will be accepted after 14 calendar days from receipt of order.
Previously, the client will have to indicate his intention by e-mail directed to email@example.com, indicating in the field Subject: "Return", or calling to the telephone 963 456 661, where we will indicate the procedure to him to follow.
You can use the model withdrawal form that you can obtain at the following link (withdrawal right form) although its use is not compulsory. Complete and return this form only if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal in relation to the contract or by post or e-mail.

From the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract, the consumer and/or user has a period of 14 calendar days to return the purchased good in perfect condition together with a copy of the purchase invoice and the original certificate of authenticity. It is the obligation of the client or consumer to return the product in perfect condition, covered with a plastic bag and well sealed. Under no circumstances should the customer seal directly the product or the box of the same, if so, would not make the return of the amount of the product.
Storepmm.com will communicate without delay to the consumer and / or user by mail the acknowledgment of receipt of such withdrawal, with instructions for shipment by the consumer and / or user. Once the product is received and the consumer and / or user has submitted proof of the return of the good, Storepmm.com will deliver without undue delay the amounts delivered by the consumer and / or user. The money will be returned in the same way that the order was paid. Or by bank transfer. In case of return via Pay Pal, 3% of the final amount will be deducted.
The following exceptions are established in the exercise of the right of withdrawal and that are expressly included in the Law on consumers and users, which are, among others:
The supply of goods manufactured according to the specifications of the consumer and/or user or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which after delivery and taking into account their nature have been mixed in an inseparable way with other goods.
9.1- Product return:
Store PMM does not accept exchanges or returns, except:
-If the reason for the return is that the item is defective or does not correspond to what was requested in the order, the Company will pay for the return and the new shipment (after checking with images or relevant tests). In this case you must contact Store PMM for the resolution of the problem, through
9.2- Order cancellation:
If the order cancellation of a product arrives before the departure, the Customer will not have any expense and will be refunded the amount (less management fees) (No management or handling fees can be charged). In the case of a cancellation after the departure of the order, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs as well as the return costs of this same order.
In a cancellation of an event/program, the amount received by the company will be refunded (without commissions).
10- COMPLAINT FORMS:

JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
These conditions are regulated by Spanish law in the event of any conflict or discrepancy in the interpretation or application of these general conditions, against a customer, the competent courts will be those of the consumer's home.
In the case of a company, both parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts where he resides in (Spain).
